Garantie de terrasse composite

Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Toutes les réclamations doivent être faites par écrit dans les 30 jours suivant la détection.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. La garantie ne s'applique que lorsque le matériau est utilisé dans des conditions normales de trafic piétonnier résidentiel / léger.

5. Les terrasses doivent être installées par SenrUI WPC® Instructions d'installation écrite ou les instructions d'installation vidéo SenrUI WPC®, qui sont toutes deux disponibles sous l'onglet Resources sur Senrui WPC.com.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Les dommages causés par les meubles, les appareils électroménagers, les articles à roues ou les articles sur la face des matériaux sont couverts par cette garantie.

9. Les dommages causés par l'incendie, les inondations, les autres catastrophes naturelles, les actes de Dieu, l'expédition, la construction ou les dommages liés à l'installation ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie.

10. Négligence, érosion, drainage inapproprié, tassement ou mouvement de la structure à laquelle le classement est installé vides cette garantie.

11. La qualité du produit, les défauts de matériau ou les erreurs qui ne dépassent pas 5% du matériau ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Cette garantie est transférable une fois, dans les cinq [5] ans suivant la date d'achat d'origine. L'inscription à la garantie est requise dans les trente [30] jours après l'achat du matériel.

Le défaut de s'inscrire dans ce délai annulera cette garantie.
